Festival Chairs

Dave Parker, Festival Chair
Dave “The Cobra” Parker was the 1978 National League MVP and the 1979 All Star Game’s MVP. A two-time batting champion, his lifetime batting average was .290. He was a baseball All Star in 1977, 1979, 1980, 1981 and 1990. Parker was the first professional athlete to earn an average of one million dollars per year. Dave, who himself experiences Parkinson’s Disease, is founder of the Dave Parker 29 Parkinson’s Foundation.

Kim Vincent, Festival Chair
Kim is an owner of the Cincinnati Reds, a real-estate agent at Sibcy Cline, an occupational therapist and board member of May We Help, a nonprofit that provides adaptive technology to people with disabilities. Kim said, “I am involved because this festival is a true celebration of the human spirit, is what this city is about, and the films are world-class.”

Jenny McCloy, Festival Chair
Jenny is president of the board at Melodic Connections, a nonprofit that connects people with disabilities to music and mother of Sam, a teenage son with Down syndrome. “When you see one of these incredible films, you are changed not just in your perception of disability but in your understanding of diversity, and how all of us have something to contribute.”

Teddy Kremer, Honorary Festival Co-Chair

While Teddy is best known for his accomplishments as Batboy for the Cincinnati Reds, he is also an author, working guitar player, public speaker and employee at Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati.

Jenn Jordan, Honorary Festival Co-Chair
Jordan is co-host of the Jeff and Jenn show on Q-102, the most listened-to, local morning radio show for women ages 18 to 49 and one of the station’s longest running shows. Her son, Jakob, was diagnosed with autism and, since then, she has become a powerful voice for autism awareness.
